These terms and conditions govern booking and stays at Sweet Paradise Villa, General Luna, Siargao, Philippines.

Sweet Paradise Villa is operated by Sweet Paradise Inc., registered with the Philippine authorities.

1. Booking

Any booking made through our site or contact form is considered a request, confirmed definitively after our reply and payment of the requested deposit.

2. Rates

Rates displayed are in Philippine pesos (₱) and euros (€) for guidance only. The exchange rate applied is the one in effect at the time of payment.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed with our team.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation conditions are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Contact us to learn about the terms applicable to your stay.

5. Liability

The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation during their stay. A security deposit may be requested.

6. Activities

Water and sports activities mentioned on our site (surfing, island hopping, etc.) are offered by third-party providers. Sweet Paradise Villa cannot be held liable for incidents occurring during these activities.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Philippine law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Siargao, Philippines.
